Romania Student Visa for Indian Passport Holders

The Romania student visa for Indian citizens is an endorsement that lets Indian students enter the country for study purposes. Being a long term permit, these are issued for a stay duration longer than 90 days, depending on the length of the program. Now, the study purposes can be to enrol in an academic course, travel as a part of student exchange programs, or even to take up unpaid research/training activities.

The application for the Romania student visa for Indians is done similar to the application for the short-term categories. Before starting the application, you must ensure that you are eligible to travel to the country on the student permit. After that, you can proceed to make the application as follows - 

1. Acquire all the documents needed for the application, as well as get scanned copies of those.
2. Visit the e visa portal and create your account. 
3. Fill in the online visa application form with all the details.
4. Upload the scanned copies of the documents.
5. Submit the application. 
6. Proceed to book an appointment at the Embassy of Romania. You can do this by calling them. Alternately, you may visit the embassy without an appointment.
